(Kebijakan Pemesanan & Pembayaran)
1. Fixed Price Guarantee The package price is binding once the Down Payment (DP) is received. There will be no price changes EXCEPT for official fuel/ticket price hikes (See Point 6).
1. Kunci Harga: Harga paket mengikat setelah DP diterima. Tidak ada perubahan harga KECUALI terjadi kenaikan resmi BBM/Tiket (Lihat Poin 6).
2. Payment Settlement The remaining balance must be paid in full UPON PICK-UP (Start Tour) via Cash or Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to cancel the trip without a DP refund if the payment is not settled upon arrival.
2. Pelunasan: Sisa pembayaran wajib dilunasi SAAT PENJEMPUTAN (Start Tour) secara Tunai/Transfer. Kami berhak membatalkan trip tanpa refund DP jika pelunasan tidak dilakukan di awal penjemputan.
3. High Season Policy Bookings for Eid (Lebaran), Christmas, & New Year periods must be confirmed 21 days in advance. A surcharge applies during these peak seasons.
3. High Season: Pemesanan periode Lebaran, Natal, & Tahun Baru wajib H-21. Berlaku biaya tambahan (Surcharge) selama periode ini.
4. No Free Upgrades Facilities provided strictly follow the agreed Invoice. Requests for upgrades (Hotel/Vehicle) after booking are subject to Additional Charges.
4. Tidak Ada Free Upgrade: Fasilitas sesuai Invoice. Permintaan upgrade (Hotel/Mobil) setelah booking akan dikenakan Biaya Tambahan.
5. Price Adjustments (At Cost) If there is an official government increase in Fuel Prices or Entrance Tickets after booking, participants are required to pay the difference based on the official receipt.
5. Penyesuaian Harga: Jika terjadi kenaikan resmi Harga BBM atau Tiket Wisata setelah booking, peserta wajib membayar selisih kenaikan tersebut (Sesuai struk resmi).

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Down Payment (DP) Policy (PENTING: Kebijakan Uang Muka)
The Down Payment (DP) is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. When you pay the DP, we immediately block the date, vehicle, and driver specifically for you, and we reject other potential customers. Therefore, unilateral cancellation by the participant for any personal reason (Change of plans, found cheaper tour, etc.) will result in 100% Forfeiture of the DP.
Uang Muka (DP) bersifat HANGUS / TIDAK BISA KEMBALI. Saat DP diterima, kami langsung mengunci tanggal, unit, dan driver khusus untuk Anda, serta menolak pesanan lain. Oleh karena itu, pembatalan sepihak oleh peserta dengan alasan pribadi apapun (Berubah pikiran, ganti jadwal, dll) akan menyebabkan DP Hangus 100%.

Force Majeure: If the trip is cancelled due to Natural Disasters (Volcano Eruption, Earthquake, Park Closure), the option is Reschedule (Valid for 90 days). No Cash Refund. (Jika batal karena Bencana Alam, opsi hanya Ganti Tanggal/Reschedule. Tidak ada Refund Uang Tunai).
(Operasional & Fleksibilitas)
1. Waiting Time Limit Our driver waits for a maximum of 2 Hours from the scheduled pick-up time. Exceeding this limit incurs a fee of IDR 50.000/hour.
1. Batas Waktu Tunggu: Driver menunggu maksimal 2 Jam dari jadwal. Lebih dari itu dikenakan denda IDR 50.000/jam.
2. Itinerary Flexibility Timings are estimated. The driver has the authority to adjust routes strictly for safety reasons or due to severe traffic/landslides.
2. Fleksibilitas Rute: Waktu adalah estimasi. Driver berhak menyesuaikan rute demi alasan keselamatan atau macet parah/longsor.
3. Vehicle Issue Protocol In the rare event of a breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle ASAP. No refund requests will be entertained as long as the trip continues reasonably.
3. Kendala Kendaraan: Jika mogok, kami segera carikan pengganti. Peserta tidak dapat meminta refund selama perjalanan tetap dilanjutkan.

2. Health Fitness (Vital for Ijen/Bromo) Participants must ensure they are in good health. Persons with Asthma, Heart Disease, or Respiratory issues are strictly advised NOT to descend into the Ijen Crater due to toxic sulfur gas. Pigiyuk78 is not liable for health complications during the trip.
2. Kesehatan Fisik: Peserta wajib memastikan tubuh dalam kondisi prima. Penderita Asma, Jantung, atau Gangguan Pernapasan dilarang turun ke Kawah Ijen (Gas Belerang). Segala risiko kesehatan menjadi tanggung jawab peserta.

(Kerusakan & Biaya Kebersihan)
1. Damage to Assets Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment due to negligence (e.g., burning seats with cigarettes, breaking windows). You will be charged the full cost of repair.
1. Kerusakan Aset: Peserta bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan mobil/alat akibat kelalaian (misal: jok bolong terkena rokok, kaca pecah). Anda wajib mengganti biaya perbaikan sepenuhnya.
2. Cleaning Fee (Vomit/Stains) A specialized cleaning fee of IDR 300.000 - IDR 500.000 applies if a participant vomits inside the car or causes difficult-to-clean stains/odors.
2. Biaya Kebersihan: Denda kebersihan (Salon Mobil) sebesar IDR 300rb - 500rb berlaku jika peserta muntah di dalam mobil atau menyebabkan noda/bau yang sulit hilang.
We occasionally take photos/videos during the trip for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our crew beforehand. Otherwise, consent is implied.
Kami terkadang mengambil foto/video saat trip untuk promosi. Jika keberatan didokumentasikan, mohon infokan ke kru kami di awal. Jika tidak, kami anggap Anda menyetujui.
(Peringatan Khusus Destinasi)
🌋 Ijen Crater & Bromo (Volcanoes) Active volcanoes may close anytime due to gas/eruptions. If closed by authorities, we will divert to alternative spots. NO REFUND for entrance tickets of closed sites.
Jika ditutup karena aktivitas vulkanik, rute dialihkan. Tidak ada refund untuk tiket wisata yang ditutup.
🌊 Tumpak Sewu Waterfall The terrain is wet and slippery. Strictly Not Recommended for children <5 years, elderly (>65), or pregnant women. Proceed at your own risk.
Medan licin & basah. Tidak disarankan untuk balita, lansia, atau ibu hamil. Risiko ditanggung sendiri.
(Hukum & Komplain)
1. Dispute Resolution Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
1. Hukum: Segala sengketa hukum yang timbul akan diselesaikan berdasarkan Hukum Republik Indonesia.
2. Complaint Period Complaints regarding service (driver/vehicle) must be communicated DURING the trip so we can solve it immediately. Complaints made after the trip ends will not be entertained for refund requests.
2. Periode Komplain: Komplain mengenai layanan (driver/mobil) wajib disampaikan SAAT TRIP BERLANGSUNG agar bisa segera kami atasi. Komplain setelah trip selesai tidak berlaku untuk permintaan refund.
