📝 Terms & Conditions Labuan Bajo Trip

💳 Registration & Payment

• ▪️ Participants are obligated to furnish the required personal information to complete their registration.
• ▪️ Registration is confirmed upon remittance of a non-refundable initial payment amounting to 50% of the total Trip Package Fee.
• ▪️ The outstanding balance of the Trip Package Fee is due and payable no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled departure date.
• ▪️ In the event of cancellation by a participant, irrespective of the grounds, all funds previously remitted shall be non-refundable.
• ▪️ Registrations not accompanied by the stipulated initial payment are subject to cancellation without prior notification.

⚓ Destination Modification & Cancellation

• ▪️ In the event of trip cancellation necessitated by a sailing prohibition issued by the competent Harbormaster due to adverse weather, a full refund (100%) shall be provided, without further compensation.
• ▪️ Should the trip proceed but require modifications or reductions in planned destinations due to weather exigencies, sea state conditions, or other factors determined by the Ship Captain, no refunds or other forms of compensation shall be provided.
• ▪️ In the event of cancellation prior to the commencement of the trip arising from the condition or mechanical failure of the vessel, participants shall be entitled to a full refund (100%) of the funds remitted, without further compensation.

🎟️ National Park Entrance Fees

• ▪️ Trip package prices do not include Komodo National Park entrance fees. Participants are responsible for settling these fees separately, as they are subject to changes by the National Park Authority and fluctuating visitor regulations.

⚖️ Rights & Obligations

• ▪️ Participants are entitled to receive the services pertaining to the selected Trip Package.
• ▪️ Participants are responsible for ensuring their personal safety and comfort, as well as the safety and comfort of fellow participants throughout the duration of the trip.
• ▪️ The Organiser reserves the right to discontinue and exclude a participant from the trip group if their conduct is deemed to compromise the safety and comfort of other participants, without any liability for compensation.
• ▪️ Participants are expected to be in good physical health to participate in trekking, swimming, and snorkeling activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the Organiser prior to departure.
